"Slavbuild was employed to renovate my 3 bedroom, 3 storey house in Shepherds Bush including the addition of rear extension and loft. The extensions involved complex structural work.  Renovations included installation of new bathrooms, new kitchen, complete rewiring, electrics and plumbing. They also liaised with local authorities and completed all building control requirements on my behalf. Everything was carried out perfectly with great attention to detail and I still live in the property 9 years later without any issues. I would recommend Slavbuild for any similar work. "This is the confirm that I have hired Slavbuild Ltd on behalf of 41 Kensington Park Gardens  for  renovation project.

Slavbuild run an external renovation of 41 Kensington Park Gardens, which is a five storey building in Notting Hill.  The job included external masonry repairs, window repairs and roof repairs.

They also renovated a one bed flat in the same building, which included new windows and completely replacing of the bathroom.

Slavbuild coordinated the projects with a project manager and architect.  They worked smoothly and efficiently with both.  All works was completed to a top quality standard with great attention to detail.  There was always a desire to make sure things were done properly.

Slavbuild are reliable, conscientious and have good client facing skills.  I would highly recommend them for any building projects."

Slavbuild Ltd. has done the work on 3 properties for my wife and I. The property in St John’s Wood was converted from flats into a house and was gutted back to the brick shell inside and out. The work is flawless and finished to a very high specification. We’ve been in it since 2012 and have had no need for any further fixes as it all works perfectly and has not moved or aged. I can’t recommend Slavbuild team enough, hard working, polite, courteous and experts in their field.
